MEDITATION 101
Take time out, allow what’s
happening to happen.
it’s of no matter,
whether it’s good or bad.
Monitor your breath,
feel your belly rise and fall
as you breathe in and out.
Notice cool moist air
in your nostrils, and the release
of air when you exhale.
Your heart is a muscle
that sustains your breathing
and keeps you alive to face another day.
